Prior to placing your booking, please ensure that you are agreeable to ensuring that your cat will comply to our Boarding Requirements. In compliance with the Animal and Veterinary Service’s Boarding Guidelines, the Company reserves the right to reject any cats that do not meet the requirements to enter our boarding facility.
In the event that your cat is found to be unsuitable for boarding at the point of check-in, a 50% handling fee on their booking shall be incurred. The remaining funds shall be reversed via the original mode of payment within (7) working days to the Owner.
